Have you always been curious about our Rock Band Program? Then, you're invited to stop by this Saturday, September 17th, between 11:30 am and 4:00 pm to check it out! 

Our student bands will be playing the music they have prepared over the summer session for a music festival in our parking lot. It'll be a fantastic show! In addition, we are also inviting the public to an Open House for the school.

Lutherville Rock School is a performance based school. Our goal is to provide individual instrument instruction and band coaching to prepare students to play in one of our 3 annual Rock Showcases and eventually graduate to become professional musicians, playing regular gigs.

Lessons are provided to prepare students with the tools they need to participate in a band. This includes technique, theory, and repertoire. When ready, students are placed in a band with others of similar skill, age, and interests. We have instructors for the following and more!

Guitar - Drums - Keyboards - Vocals - Bass Guitar - Ukulele

The Band Program teaches students how to play in a group setting which increases their level of musicianship, especially when it comes to rhythm, active listening, and teamwork.

A Band Coach works with each group for 4 months to prepare a “set” of songs to perform live at a Rock Band Showcase at a concert venue. These concerts have been at BC Brewery, Hightopps Backstage Grille, The Rec Room, and other great local venues!

Our professional staff is dedicated to making your Rock School experience something that will last a lifetime. We also have ADULT BANDS - don’t let the kids have all the fun!

Please invite as many people as you would like, and stay as long as you can to support all of our fantastic bands!

If you have friends or family members who are interested in playing an instrument or joining a band, ask them to come along to take a tour of the school and learn about our program!

Bring chairs, refreshments, tents, and anything else to make yourself as comfortable as possible.
